Kindly note, unpaid orders are only secured for 24 hours. Thereafter any unpaid orders will be cancelled after 24 hours unless prior arrangements are made.

What is our return policy?
We do not exchange items due to poor application methods.
No returns or exchanges, unless your item was damaged during transit. Please ensure that you open your package on the day of receipt and check all items, and notify us immediately should there be a problem. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 24 Hours of receipt of your package.
Electrical items carry a 3 month limited warranty.
All electrical items are checked and tested before delivery/collection.
Please note: USB Lamps should only be used with small charging blocks or powerbanks which have a max output of 5v. Anything with a higher voltage output will cause the lamp to burn and we will not exchange the item.
Should you have an item to return, please ensure that you package the item correctly and book and pay for a courier to deliver the item(at your expense) to our premises. Alternatively you may return the item in person. Once we assess the item an outcome will be provided and we will communicate the status to you.
Please note: No returns on personal care items will be accepted. This is due to Hygiene purposes.
